Abstracts requested through this service are uncertified.
If you request an abstract for a Driver's Licence that is not in the Ministry of Transportation's files, you will receive a PDF document indicating that the item was not found and you will be charged the full price for this abstract.
An abstract does not contain any personal address information.
To complete your abstract request you will need:
- A valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
- A printer to print your abstract(s) and transaction receipt
- Your Ontario driver’s licence number
